Received your book for Christmas and couldn’t put it down. Brilliant story with characters I could really imagine were real.

As a writer myself I know how hard it is to keep a story going to enable it to become unputdownable – you have done this brilliantly. It is the first of your books I’ve read so hopefully will be able to get the others and look forward to the next Tindledale adventure.

    Thanks, Helen

    hi
have just finished reading “knit off” loved it so much!
i read loads of chick lit (probably on par with Chloe whose website I just checked out) and always mean to review and thank the author but never get round to it.
This time i just have to say brilliant and thanks a lot!
laughed out loud at some of the descriptions and loved Sybs and the whole community
i see you say it may be one of a series – looking forward to it.

I have just read The Great Christmas Knit Off and have had trouble putting it down, am looking forward to reading more from Tindledale. The book was borrowed from the library where the knitting group I belong to meet ~ Knitted Together. I am the 3rd to have read it now and have saved the pattern, I think there will be several people getting one for their Christmas trees this year 🙂 Will be going on to read the Carrington series if I can get hold of them all. It is always good to find a new author to work your way through 🙂 Thanks.

Iread The Great Christmas Knit Off before christmas & loved it. You got me hooked so went on to buy the 3 Carrington’s books plus the Kindle Book. So far I’ve read Cupcakes At Carrington’s, Me & Mr Carrington & have just started Christmas at Carrington’s and they haven’t disapointed up to now.
I look forward to many more books to come.
Thank you Alexandra and keep up the great work.

Have just finished the great Christmas knit off. What a joy. Loved every single character (including basil) and has inspired me to get my knit on once gain.

Looking forward to book number 2!

    Thanks for unintentionally inspiring me.
